Enter through the main church doors. Refreshments will be available as you enter. Bring a friend or two, grab a snack and a drink, and sit down at a table to enjoy the event!

While this talk is ideal for women aged 35-55, all women are welcome! We invite you to share your experiences, and be open to new knowledge that can help set you up for health and wellness for many years.
